PS3 Blu-Ray problem

More details after hte break. an example of how my PS3 is displaying the copy of casino royale I received this morning. Now for all the people that are not reading my comments that I posted, I shall write it here as well. Blu-ray films when broadcast through composite cable display in NTSC format. However my system is a PAL format player. It is NTSC compatible, but for some reason cannot detect it properly when coming from the PS3 itself.
